Canyon Creek Device Return Dates

All district-owned computers, tablets, and hotspots that have been assigned to students during the 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 school year (ChromeBooks, MacBooks, iPads, Hotspots) must be returned to school by Monday, June 21, 2021. This includes the device, charging cord, and any cases that were provided for device protection.  

If a student does not return their assigned device and components by Monday, June 21st, a fine will be assessed to the family in the amount of the replacement cost of the device.  

Below is our schedule for device and *material return. There are many options for families to return items to Canyon Creek. Please select the time and date that works for you. Due to returning devices before the last day of school, hybrid teachers will be sending home offline asynchronous work for the last week of school in order for all students to participate. 

Medication pick-up will be on Wednesday, June 16th and Monday, June 21st during the times of device/material return.

TUESDAY, June 15th:
Cohort A PLAN: 
4th/5th Graders will turn in devices on Tuesday during class. (Cohort B will have asynchronous work offline.)

  • Monday, June 14: Teachers will send home printed device return form for parents to sign and a plastic bag for students to return devices in. 
  • Tuesday, June 15: Teachers send lesson Packets for Thursday/Friday.

Cohort A, B, & Remote: K-3rd Grade will turn in devices and materials between 3:30pm-6:00pm. This is a drive-through event that will take place in front of they gym. Upon arriving, a staff member will hand you a bag for your devices and a form for each device being returned. All families are welcome to drop off if this time works best. If you choose to walk-up, please wear a mask. 

WEDNESDAY, June 16th:
Cohort A, B, & Remote:
Device/*Material Turn-In for ALL students! 9:00am-12:00pm. This is a drive-through event that will take place in front of they gym. Upon arriving, a staff member will hand you a bag for your devices and a form for each device being returned. If you choose to walk-up, please wear a mask.
