Students may be dropped off no earlier than 9:00 AM and picked up no later than 3:50 PM. Families with bus service should use the school bus. Those within walking distance are encouraged to walk to reduce traffic and improve safety.
Drop-off and Pick-up Procedures
Use the south-side fire lane only for student drop-off and pick-up.
No student drop-off in the parking lot.
Students must never walk between cars or into traffic. Parents may park and walk children to the crosswalk.
Drivers should pull forward as far as possible. Students being picked up must wait on the sidewalk in front of the school.
Observe the 5 MPH speed limit, stay in your car, and move forward as space allows.
Even if you see your child, continue forward until it is their turn.
Place booster seats on the passenger side for safe entry.
Traffic & Parking
If the curb lane is full, follow directions to the overflow line in the parking lot.
Obey No Parking zones and traffic arrows.
No parking or driving behind the gym.
No cell phone use while driving in the parking lot.
If parking, use marked spaces only; do not park along the curb.
Children may cross only at marked crosswalks and only with an adult.
Walking Pick-Up
Walkers should meet students at the North Parent Area (near the hill at the 35th St. entrance) or the South Parent Area (near the grass by the Skyview crosswalk).
